overall speaking, it's just fine. too noisy when group tour chk in and stay. breakfast is ok. cleaning staff is friendly/polite while counter staff is too routine to give you smile. car park is convenient for guests who drive.

It's not a four star hotel. The price and quality is right in line with a two star hotel. But they shouldn't be advertising themselves as a four star spot. Boooo!

Great room, especially for the price! Clean with a nice window so lots of natural light.

It's an okay hotel, would not stay here if it wasn't for my travel agency. If you want a boutique hotel, this is not it. The rooms are okay but lack outlets. The shower is nice but the breakfast is very Chinese. Mostly a hotel for Chinese tourgroups.

+++++ For the accessibility (really close to Hualien train station), comfortable atmosphere and cleanliness. Probably from outside it is not so reassuring that this hotel would be a comfortable place to stay, but once you got inside the room you will feel it is different. Fortunately our experience was really good. We got a clean, spacious room, though the bathroom is really cramped, but there was towel and toiletries provided so it is okay. A separate toilet is also there, and it even has separate 'room' for taking a coffee break. The drawback is that the food options for breakfast is limited and the taste is not really delicious.
