Tianxiang Recreation Area

There are some accommodations around. 7-11 Post Office and other food stores are accessable. A nice place to take a rest if you are heading further towards the center of the mountain. It can get so busy but nevertheless is a resting area. Be aware of the monkeys. They come in a group to snatch your food from behind. They do look lovely and cute. But do not feed them.

This is a wonderful place to see the natural scenery in Taiwan. I come here when the Sakura is blooming, and it adds the fineness of this place. Every place in here is a photo spot. So if you want to come here, make sure your time is limitless. Because one day is truly not enough time to visit this place.

Good Place, while going to Taroko you can see many place in between, if you want to go specially to this place, it's not good.

A peaceful area in a wide forest, you can look for a camping area either. The temple is located at bit higher position, you have climb a bit. This are even offer convenient store, parking lot, camping zone.

A good rest stop, beware and careful with the monkeys. 7-11 tends to run out of Milk for lattes and coffee. Also no garbage cans around as the area wants you to take away your trash. Good idea!
