It has a Western union service so it's pretty good, as for now there's not a lot of other options in Taichung. Also the service lady helped me a lot and she speaks advanced English, so it was pretty easy to do stuff that i needed to do. I hope that Western Union service would keep working stable.

Only place in Taichung where I could cash in a Western Union transfer. I don't speak mandarin but the cashier tried her best in english. Rates are BAD. From €uros to dollar$ was bad already then I got a very bad exchange rate from US dollar$ to NT$. I am sorry to see how bad Western Union is represented in Taichung City.
