Employees and also office worker don't know their bank policies, every day different employees apply different rules without show customer the reason so it make confusing situation. The employees make their own rules saying lies to customers. I had to call police and finally they show also police they said lies.nUnacceptable for a bank where I put all my money. I would give 0 stars if possible.

After reading many comments, I feel that it is different from my experience, so I would like to share it with you. The branch where I originally opened an account was not here, but because it was close to my home, I came here to handle it. Their service is very good and very fast. It is next to the parking lot and opposite to the city government and Xinguangda Yuanbai. Shopping is quite convenient.
