I gave my phone with transfer account info, and I cannot believe a mistake still happened that made me pay the cost. I was too stupid I guess. For my own pocket in the future, I decided to transfer all my money out of this bank.

Besides the unreasonable charges, the staff are poorly trained and cannot perform simple tasks such as printing a bank statement. It is very good to open an account and ask clearly. Tell your customers that you can open an account with a general local bank if you don't have 3 million.
