Land Bank of Taiwan

I wanted some information here. There was nobody to help except making fun of me and irritating me. I left with anger. Worst experience in this bank.

The female executive sitting in the innermost center always emphasized that the change was too much and could only serve exclusive customers, so it was not that the user didn’t exchange the money, and together with other customers called me to the Bank of Taiwan by volume, and asked an outsider to walk about 15 Minutes away, even though she had told me to change as much as possible, she still wouldn’t let me change a single cent. Under the pressure of everyone’s sight, she could only leave sadly, leaving too much negative energy in her mind, as a bank. Even changing some money is so difficult.

The staff tone is very bad. Compared with other branches of the local bank, I haven’t seen anything worse than this. The administrator’s attitude is even worse.

The lady at the counter was very kind. When she came back to get the card, she served the same lady. She still remembered me. It was really great!
