Helpful, fair prices, clean new car. I've rented from them twice now. The car had a USB plug for charging my mobile phone and a wire to listen to music from my phone. It was a clean and new car. The staff was friendly. I worked with two different people and both people were very nice. My Chinese isn't very good but one gentleman working there spoke a bit of English which helped quite a bit.
