Courteous staff, great service, reasonably priced.nOriginally booked for Sat morning pickup / Sunday evening return; however since we arrived early on Friday evening they allowed us to pick up the car Friday evening instead without additional charge (since it squared up to 2 full days in the end). They even record a short video of the car’s exterior condition for future reference prior to you leaving. Overall good service, would recommend :)

I rented a Toyota Altis 1800cc for 1600 TWD plus 400 TWD for insurance. The car was good to drive, no issues at all. They recorded a video of the appearance of the car as a proof of scratches, etc. Then they sent the video to my LINE. The process was quick and smooth. Overall I am happy with the service and car quality. Keep up the good work!

You shall be welcomed by friendly staff. To check the car you rent, you may be used to checking visually by yourself in the past. The staff will use a camera to record the status of the rental car, and send you the video. With this video file, you do not have to worry about damages that were not of your responsibility.

2 minutes to hualian station, very friendly service from 刘店长uff0csmooth transaction for the.car renting and return. after the return, 店长 drive the car to send us to the station due to the luggage and raining
