This was the best car rental experience we have ever had. Please don't even think about getting a motorcycle or car from anywhere else in Hualien, let alone Taiwan. We were treated with such kindness! We were shown step by step how to use the car. We were even walked through a third party insurance service that we had trouble with, not speaking Mandarin. Truly above and beyond! Plus, prices are very fair and competitive. Would not hesitate to book again!

Highly recommended! This is my very first time to rent a car in Taiwan. I rented a white Toyota Wish. The price is reasonable and the car was in very good condition and super clean! And in addition, the lady was friendly easy to communicate to.

Best price so far in Hualien for renting cars. Service is top-notch, highly recommended. Don't bother going to the other scamming rental franchises.
