Would not help me to open the bank account because they demanded that I be able to read Chinese or bring someone to read and translate everything for me. This would of been my second bank account and I never had trouble opening an account before. The other bank was helpful and kind towards me.nnCathay United employees kept saying 很麻煩 anytime I had a question. Really rude and poor attitudes to help a foreigner

Super crowded branch, but thankfully the security guard referred me to the Minsheng Branch (not far away) to avoid waiting 40 minutes at this one.

Ms. Jian's counter service is really great. In addition to helping me quickly complete the deposit business, she also recommends many funds or stocks that I can invest in. It is a worthwhile trip! Will come again next time to join in!
