Full sympathy for the elderly and homeless.. but not acceptable a bank like hsbc would not notice nor ignore such issue. It imposes potential safety and security. There is no judgement but there shouldn't be non customer or non staff staying around the property especially the ATM. Should the bank catch this on the security camera and address this. If the bank has a big heart, fund him to get a proper place. else handle this properly with local government authority.nnHe was outside at first, and staring at ppl going on. Then after I start withdrawing money, he walked in and laid down there. Not comfortable atmosphere
