Liyutan Reservoir Lookout

the views from the lookout didn't seem particularly spectacular... perhaps due to the low water level?

One of Taiwan's many great reservoirs. A milky emerald green colour. Nice views from this observation deck...

we didnt actually go down to the reservior. We just stopped off on the side of the road to see the sights from the lookout point. There is a nice pagoda and several vendors selling hot tea and snacks. It is a great place to stop and take a few pictures

Great view of the reservoir from the side of the road. Not many people around when we drove by. You can see the famous bnb from this spot.

Did not realise I was at 鲤鱼潭 as I rode across 景山桥. Captivated by the deep green water, and white birds flying across the calm waters. A good place for photos, or take a short climb up the observation tower to get a really good look at the peaceful scenery.
