Taishin Bank’s work efficiency is too poor. The staff at the account opening counter have been obstructed everywhere. One month has passed since the seal verification has been completed. Since the file has not been established within a month, the premium has always been deducted and failed. The call customer service responded to this, but got a kick ball response. One person can help deal with this matter, the efficiency is too poor! The money in this bank feels unreliable... I hope the bank can thoroughly review and improve. In addition, the professionalism of customer service staff needs to be strengthened!

The card is old, dirty, or damaged, so I have to come to the cabinet to deal with it. The first time I can't feel it with the eraser, I need to wipe it the second time and give it to me. Isn't that the sensor function is not good? I can only change it when the chip is cracked. This thing is not just barely usable!nWhen you are in a hurry to swipe your card, you have to wipe it three or four times with an eraser and then you have to press the card to sense it. It's really convenient!
