CTBC Bank

Compared to all the other CTBC branches I have visited; this one is the least pleasant.nnWaiting area is cramped and often crowded, which doesn't help because the overall pace of work is slow and inefficient. You can always expect a long waiting time.nnVery often there's no one who can speak even basic English. Overall customer service is subpar.nnI hope CTBC opens another branch in this area so I don't have to go to this one.

The processing speed is slow enough, but there are not a few staff working on it on Monday, which is super inefficient...
