Inefficiency at its worse level. The post man does not want to knock on the door and leaves a notice to pick up letters (every week) and the post office where we have to pick the letter has always a 30 minute line. We are so burned about this. Every week we have to drive to the post office and wait in line (one hour ordeal) because the mail man does not want to do his job.
