Weak of manpower in the bank , so need to wait for very long time, I just opening an account. And no any specific counter for opening account or credit card or the other services. As I observed, I see the counter all take different service, so quite confused which one I can ask for the information. But the staff's attitude is kindly and friendly,so I sincerely suggested that please clear specific counter that the customer can ask for.
