Chihkan Tower

This place was great. The staff at the gate were super helpful in guiding me to the English site guide. The grounds are beautiful even with the archeological dig in the front. I enjoyed feeding the fish. Tons of interesting information and the views were great. I was lucky enough to arrive at sunset and took day and evening photos. Lastly the lady that was in the gift shop was amazing and very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

It's a place you must to visit in Tainan. 赤崁樓 is a historic site that have many story about the Tainan. By the way, the architecture is worth to visit. The ticket for visit is 50 NTD. I have to tell another thing about 赤崁樓. There are so many delicious food around here. You can check on Google map.

Worth visiting to see some old historic parts of Tainan. You can walk up inside the buildings and get a nice view. I wish there was more information to read in English though.

50NT to get in. This was build by the Dutch in 1635 and was called Fort Provintia. It is now known as Chikan Tower. You can walk the square and feel the 300 year old history of this magnificent building. This is one of the most popular historical attraction of Tainan. A must see visit in Tainan.

This is a small attraction full of history. It is interesting, worth the 2 dollar entrance fee but don't expect too much more.
