Taipei Changchun Road Post Office

If you are foreign from an predominately English speaking country, and it says clearly in English on a sign inside that the 8th desk speaks English, do not be tricked into using this post office at all. That is a lie. Directions are garbage at best, and you’re left trying to put on a smile despite terrible attitude thrown at you. The government workers here are worse than the USPS clerks in the post offices in US — Which is saying something. When they go on break and you’re in the middle of shipping something with them, they just walk off and don’t even tell you even if you do speak fairly good Mandarin. Trying to ship something back home so I don’t have to carry too much during my vacation is like getting a root canal without anesthesia here.
