Taiwan Cooperative Bank Zhu Qian Branch

I'm a foreigner living here with limited Chinese ability. Of the several banking companies I use in Tw, this location and company has by far the poorest service for English (from my experience). Was told this branch cannot set up an online account for me. It can only be done in the Science Park branch (cannot be done in the app either). Myself and several colleagues transfer all of our company deposits from this bank to our preferred banks.
