The natural scenery is great. But the man made features around the lake is of poor taste and quality. Quite a pity as this is otherwise a great environment.
quiet pond with surrounding paths. the place was relatively quiet and am sure it has seen busier times. the two hotels did not appear to be open and quite a few shops appeared permanently closed. whilst the scenery is peaceful, the water looked like a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
there is a myth that the guardian spirit of this body of water made a tree at the bottom of the pond its home--the tree has since been excavated and a shrine has been built around it.
Really relaxing place. Nice coffee corner here serves great drinks.
A peaceful lake with a Buddhist temple
Meh. Nobody was there when we rode our bike through the area. Very very quiet. Facilities have probably seen better days. Seems like an abandoned lake that nobody really cares about
