Yesterday afternoon, I went to seek service. The lady at the counter was very rude, but there was a Miss Huang who took the initiative to help me. Could it be that the customer who was insured by telephone marketing could not go to the branch to ask the policy? Also told me to call 0800 service phone, what logic, only her policyholders can but the business office to ask? Fortunately, Miss Huang is very enthusiastic to help me, thank you very much, the above is my experience and comments.
