CTBC Bank North Tianmu Branch

I was turned away when I came to open an account!! Claimed they didn't have English versions of the papers or would be able to help me. First they told me that I needed to bring a friend that could help me fill out the papers. Then later when I started to question their claims they referred me to another branch at the city hall. When I went to that branch all staff members here were shocked to hear how I had been treated. I hope they will follow up with the Tianmu Branch manager. By the way, even though the City hall branch was able to open an account I was still surprised that I had to spend more than two hours there to get it sorted (1h waiting in queue and 1h+ on filling papers, checking etc etc....) Huge room for improvement

Unspeakable chaos and chaos, inefficient and slow. It is really recommended not to come. Go to another branch. The supervisor really should review and improve.

What is the concept of only calling number 2 after waiting for 1 and a half hours for deposit? ? ?

The administrative efficiency is fast and the service attitude is very good. Friendly counter service. Opening an account is very fast. BY went to open an account, little brother in a car accident on the road.
