small post office, which even has an English counter. but it doesn´t make much sense as you take a number and will randomly assigned to any.
the lady clerk was very friendly and patient explaining to me the process and requirements to open a bank account.
It took about 20 minutes until i successfully opened one.
The service did her job but she always rolls her eyes to the right, which is make me uncomfortable. And can clearly understand what is means.
