The staff was polite and professional, but there weren't any seats for the clients and I stood their waiting for their services prepared on chair for about 30 min. It's not suitable for elderly.

This branch said we need an account to do a wire transfer, but that is false. I have used Mega International almost a dozen times in the past to send money back home via wire transfer without an account. Avoid this branch! So disappointing.

The service is very good, there is a Mr. Huang who is close to the counter is really handsome and his eyes are very charming

The card payment counter misses to find change, and will not contact you actively. When I went back to the counter, he said that he didn’t find any change and didn’t think he was negligent.

The tellers and branch supervisors are cordial and efficient in service.
