HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here to get your hair done! the staff is super friendly and professional, and my experience with my hair dresser pony (and the owners) was wonderful. i came in to to get my hair permed but there was a bit of a miscommunication about what i was looking for. after washing my hair for the first time after the perm, i wasn't fully satisfied with how my hair turned out so i contacted them on the LINE account they had provided. they responded immediately (literally within seconds) and were able to accommodate a re-perm on the same day, within an hour of me reaching out, two days before chinese new year!! not only were they able to help me fulfill the hairstyle i had envisioned the second time around (after more thorough communication), but i was also blown away by their service -- they were so understanding and nice throughout the whole process. i will definitely be coming back here for my future hair needs and would recommend anyone looking to get their hair permed or dyed to check this place out. the prices are also super reasonable!
