Chang Hwa Bank

I have to be honest I'm afraid. The cashier audibly sighed and hung her head when she saw that she would have to deal with a foreigner. The staff refused to help me transfer money abroad, saying that maybe someone was trying to trick me, and askimg me why I wanted to send money abroad. Are you kidding me? Am I dreaming? Did this really just happen? I've banked with Chang Hwa for 16 years, and never had a problem at other branches. I went to the Shilin branch and they helped me to exactly what I wanted to do in 5 minutes in and out. I'm a nice guy and so I'll just leave it at that, but I would strongly recommend going to the branch near Zhishan station rather than Beitou, unless you just need to take out cash.

It is worthy of Changhua Bank, which makes people want to criticize Changhua.
