I was helped a great deal by the staff here today, despite my poor Chinese, to replace a lost bank book, but they also helped me to call another branch to sort out an ID update, and helped me set up app-based banking on my phone. Very polite, patient and helpful. Excellent service!

Can you at least communicate with western union as to when your hours are and what days your open? The least you can do is claim your business in Google a fool can do this. Western Union lists your bank as open on Saturday from 9-3:30. And we all know bankers in Taiwan are lazy AF, and can’t manage to work past 330PM after all they only get to close down the whole shop for an hour so they can have lunch like little children, must be tiring lol. In Canada the bank is open till at least 7 on weekends, 10 on weekdays. Ridiculous who does their banking before 3:30PM When you work a full time job

People who are upset about this bank please go directly to the Banking Bureau or the Financial Supervisory Committee to appeal to them

Old bank. . . You need to be prepared to wait for banking business! Wait, wait, wait! The service and processing speed need to be strengthened. Is the efficiency of counter work faster? In the commercial office area, can you refuel for such efficiency!
