Yuanta Commercial Bank

Each time I'm here, I waste my two hour lunch break completing a transaction. This game is inefficient and torture to spend time in. If I could, it'd be zero stars. I'm only here because my employer has a contract with the bank. I'm seriously considering getting rid of my account and looking else where. I hate this bank!

This Yuanta ATM has a lot of space but there are only two ATMs??? One is under repair, please send someone to repair it as soon as possible
