I was worried that I will face the same experiences mentioned in other reviews. However I had a very good service. I was served within 10 mins after arrival. The staffs are helpful, friendly and efficient.

SLOW! If you don't mind waiting 40 minutes for a line of 1 other person to be served then this branch is for you! Tellers chatting and taking their pleasurable time while you waste your day. Disappointing.

I have been here a few times, and I have never encountered the situation mentioned in the negative reviews, and the withdrawal of NT dollars is also normally withdrawn. The clerk is kind and polite, and efficient! The rest sofa is also very comfortable :)

Mr. Zheng Zhiren was very unacceptable. Originally, he had a good impression of him when he opened the account. Unexpectedly, the delivery failed. I called the person for a week before contacting the person. From the beginning to the end, I didn’t ask who I was, nor did I ask my delivery number, and told me the reason for the failure (he didn’t even ask my most basic name, and it’s impossible to have my phone number. How could I know which customer I was? ) Does it mean that he doesn't want to help me deal with it? Ask him what should I do next. His answer is yes... That's it (that's it?
