I have been with customers for more than 20 years! To be honest, I always think that the staff are very kind, and there is no need to wait too long. I really like to come here and put everything in and out of your company. Recently, there are interns. I am also willing to give interns opportunities, but if I can’t be alone or need to be accompanied by an old employee. Today I only deposited 2 sums and the amount is not large. The intern said more than 50,000 and then said less than 50,000, so it was 100,000 back and forth! Can't you point it out clearly before telling me? Then I asked me to fill in my name and ID card. Today, if the deposit is less than the limit, it will be divided by 2 than the deposit. I have to save a living and I have a notebook. Then I told me to fill in the ID card number without discount. I really have three lines on the head , I come every day, why doesn't anyone ask me to fill it out? Would you please pay attention to the interns? No one cared about me when I was angry. The processing time today was so long and full of errors that I was quite angry!

Recently came to the branch to indicate that the company needs to open an account due to the company's transfer of salary, and also waited for the call under the instructions of the crew, scanned the QRcode to fill in the information, and notified the company that it needed a note. As a result, after the QRcode submitted the information, it always jumped back to the first page, which caused it to be rewritten all the time. Later, when it was finally time for me to apply for an offer, the crew member said that it was not possible to apply because it was not near the household registration address, mailing address, or the company. It was suggested that I go near the company! Although I have indicated that the other one is close to the company, it is easier to handle this because of taking the MRT to and from work. The other one is not easy, but the crew still insisted that I go to another one! I hope that the next time the crew can explain clearly at the beginning, instead of letting customers who really need it, waste nearly half an hour on the scene and can't handle the business smoothly. (And when I went to another branch, they said that they had no geo-mandatory requirements and provided a way to apply online first. Thank you very much.)
