The first experience with iRent motorcycle was a disappointment. We took a iRent's Kymco Many EV with 45% of battery life from Taichung HSR to Taichung IKEA. The bike started to give warning within 10 minutes, finding a ionex battery station is not a simple task. We had to use 80% of our travel worrying and searching for a battery station. We found one in a corner of Taichung city and operating that for a first timer is an ordeal. If you are new to Taichung and new to Kymco's electric bike please avoid iRent totally. Take a train to the city center and borrow a ubike instead.

I forgot my hat in the helmet, and I just wanted someone who could help me to confirm that the hat was in the helmet, and also keep it for a few days. However, I called to the store and the man told me the store already closed and couldn’t check it for me. Then I went to the store in THSR, the nice man said that there was still a clerk in the store, and took me to the store to pick up the hat. I really appreciate what the man(with AirPod pro in ears) in the THSR do, he drove me to the store and let me get on the train on time. Literally, what I ask for the man in store to do is much easier than what the man in THSR done. Therefore, I can’t realize why did the man in store deal with things like this, and I really don’t understand why people in this company have such opposite service and attitude to customers. But I still thank the man in THSR.

Great disappointment! Originally I wanted to use a shared locomotive. The reservation showed that it had been rented away. Because there was no other locomotive around at the time, and my travel companion decided to wait for 15 minutes and no one would pick up the car and make an appointment immediately. Right next to the Irent store, two staff members at the counter didn't even lift their heads. They continued to play with their mobile phones and their travel companions asked about the situation. Then he lowered his head and continued to slide the phone My travel companion just said thank you silently, and walked out, Finally, considering that there are no other shared locomotives nearby, I walked into the store and said that I would rent a car for a day. The store staff did not say much about the car conditions. The car was delivered with a tired face. Although it can not be said that the attitude is very bad, it is also Being considerate may be tiring, but as far as the customer's feeling is concerned, if the future is not compelling, I really don't want to go again!
