UBUS Chao Ma Station

国光客运, the attitude and service is really bad, and the staffs are racist and rude to foreigners!! They don't even worth for one star! We bought 6 tickets to taipei at the counter, the receptionist said a bus is going to depart and ask us to go straight, yet the driver refuse to fetch us with the reason traffic jam. (What?!) Nevermind! Then we wait for another bus, the second driver said something we don't understand and grab our ticket and ask the counter to help us write some number which don't know for what reason (补位is the driver said, but we all don't get it). The lady at the service counter complain that its troublesome to do all these in hokkien which they thought we don' understand!! NT240 is not expensive for a one way ticket to taipei. But with these kind of service, even half of the price I will not recommend too!!

Rude and racist toward foreigners.

I lost a pair of earphones, thanks to the multi-station relay of United Passenger Transport, it was retrieved and sent to Chaoma Station for me to retrieve it, thank you 🙏
