Not punctual

A transfer station for buses or couches to the north or the south. Facility here is good. Seats, restroom, water fountain and convenient store are all around. It has provided all that is needed for waiting! It is usually crowded inside, though many passengers just stay a short while to board.

An busy Highway Buses transit service center. It's quite easy to reach most of well-known cities of western Taiwan. Ticket fair is quite attractive. Convenient store provides food and drink all day long. Warm food is also available before 19:30. Oil boiild meatball and fried rice noodle are my favors there. However, the space is small. It is not comfortable on waiting bus especially on long weekend's days.

Usually good service but on last trip they didn't want to take my 5 pieces of luggage out. I had to crawl in the compartment to retrieve my luggage but they did it for other passengers.

Anxiety if you have lots of luggages I travel with my wife and kid so there is bound to be more luggages (total of 5) and a stroller. Our luggages do not exceed flight policy but you will never know if it can fit the bus. When they opened the bottom luggage compartment, it was nearly full. What if it couldn't fit ours? So they moved things around so it barely fit. This is the 2nd time it has happened. Other than that they are on time. So if you are traveling lite then you are good to go.
