Staff friendly, but unbelievably inefficient, wait time over 50 minutes

The individual re-entered this branch 15 years later because the account must be settled at the counter. It was 14:20 in the afternoon. My personal feelings were not good and it was very regressive. The quality of the staff is excellent, but they obviously slow down the work speed deliberately, and each simple counter transaction is executed for at least 10 minutes. Why? Maybe you don’t want to press a number plate! The waiter in the lobby just said that he was embarrassed and just wait a moment, it was completely meaningless. The funny thing is that as 15:30 was approaching, several of the crew suddenly got up and pressed the number plate. why? Maybe you can’t settle daily until you finish digesting the on-site depositors! Finally, I stepped out of the bank at 15:40.

The hospitality is bad, why don’t you tell me earlier to make me run around? Do your staff give me a chance to talk?

The staff at the counter are very friendly. At the same time, as a bank clerk, I really praise Cathay Pacific for its service. In particular, the number plate is diverted. Service personnel try to allow customers to operate automated equipment or online banking as much as possible. They also encourage everyone to reduce the need for counter operations, which not only saves time, but also shares internal business volume.

Those accustomed to the elderly deliberately leave items on the seats to occupy the seats, and the service staff pretend not to see them.
