Opened a bank account there, have some issues first few minutes, as staff doesn't speak English (still very helpful and friendly though) but pretty soon I was provided with English speaking officer, all the process took a short time and all bsnk team left a good impression. The only disappointing thing: there was a big adboard with Bank cards with black Taiwanese bears. When I asked if I can have the same one, they said card with bears is the credit card for Taiwanese citizens, and I will have one with the mountain landscape. ( 😂

There are only five customers waiting for personal transactions Those who waited for 15 minutes to skip the number are all corporate users Does it matter to individual users? Next to the account opening cabinet One customer opens an account and three bankers help open it Would you like a tea snack? Very poor efficiency! very bad

Yushan Bank is great! Those who stayed with one star said that the attitude was poor... I wonder if you have been to Citigroup?
