I don’t want to come to Bank of Taiwan for investment and wealth management (funds, securities, insurance policies). The hardware equipment is still alive in the late 1990s. Only the telephone customer service staff of Bank of Taiwan North are very enthusiastic and caring to serve customers, while Bank of Taiwan branches provide services. Quality is not expected unless Taiwan Bank is privatized

If you have something to do or make a deposit, it ’s best not to come here. It ’s just for the customer to take it slowly and the sign is not clear. I would rather go to Taishin.

If I can hit negative stars, I would definitely say negative 100 I have n’t seen such a bad bank, I have n’t instructed or guided about something Bank staff are chatting and farting, I don't know what they are doing
