不知道為什麼3.2顆星，我覺得服務很親切，等待時間普遍不會太久，位置寬敞，前面有三個停車位，路邊也可以停，入口左側有機車停車位，也有殘障坡道。 左側提款機有四台，右側2台提供存款服務，沒有卡片也可以輸入身分證字號就好，也可以無卡提款，非常方便，左側有刷簿子的機器，如果加一臺存零錢的就完美了！ 加上網路銀行，幾乎絕大多數業務都可以不一定要白天臨櫃辦理，在玉山已經十幾年了，很多家銀行都有戶頭，但還是比較喜歡玉山，雖然對我來說很遠。 玉山貸款利率也是業界很低的。 大部份都是白天照片，我就來幾張夜晚的，因為很常晚上來。
