Good service but when I took the car, it was not washed and I was charge for extra time which is fair - however in US or Australia, few hours late return is free of charge.

Great pricing, the most reasonable I could find by far for a mini-bus type that could ferry 8 people and loads of space for luggage stowage.nnThe rental place is some distance away from the airport, but a convenient pick up service is included. Give them a call and wait at no.28 pillar to be picked up to the rental office and garage. We waited about 15 mins for the pick up. Customer service was friendly and positive, we faced no issues. Likewise when returning the vehicle, they will do a similar drop-off service back at the terminal.nnManaged to be assigned a VW Caravelle instead of a Ford. No complaints, the 2.0 turbo diesel people mover with DSG transmission went up steep slopes with no issues, and while it's long and tall (even longer than a Merc V250d), maneuverability wasn't an issue and it handled well.
