Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel

Great saunanNot too fancy pool ( way too crowded)

Great hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed and seems to have gone through a light renovation. Comfortable beds and good facilities in the room. The Sheraton lounge is good but does get super crowded especially during the evening hours. Close to public transportation with Taipei main station about 5-10 mins walk away ( depends which exit you need to be). Around the hotel there's also some local shops and eateries.

Highly recommended.. the vibes of the hotel are elegant. the rooms are spacious, with nice sofa, desks and, beds are really bigger (occupies 65% of the room space) and softer. The morning breakfast are really good with wide variety of dishes, are of best quality and taste. The bathroom has good accessories provided. The service is top class.. The pool on the top floor is awesome.

The hotel essentially opened the entire parking space to the diners which looks like the main revenue stream during this pandemic. I can fully understand but I queued almost 25 minutes simply to enter the parking lot as it was full. Reception / Check-in staff were friendly and professional but the concierge staff told me the gym was 24 hours which was not the case. My shower head in the room was also loose and it went haywire whenever the water is flowing. Just wanted to show some support to the hotel during this tough period but it would be great if quality isn’t compromised here. Overall, I could see the staff working real hard and really wish they can stay strong and positive while the world battles the pandemic!

Great hotel, classic but everything above decent. Bed and shower are comfy. Services are thoughtful and charming. Food is good enough but not easy to be outstanding in the city.
