Aloft Taipei Beitou

Stayed there for 15 days quarantine. View is good to look panoramic view of Yangmingshan. Room is spacious which allow me to do some during the quarantine period.nFood is mostly western style but the fried rice with shrimp and hamburgers are very delicious. Even not staying at that hotel, the foods are still worthy to taste in its restaurant.nMost importantly, the dedicated bed of Simmons for Aloft is extremely soft and comfortable, sleeping quality are really in that all 15 days!

Excellent service. Clean, pleasant, room with all the amenities I'd expect. Strong WiFi and good food.

Quality of water is really bad!! Found some long hair and pubic hair in the room.nnIf you make a complaint, you will be asked to move to another hotel. They think other hotels are no better than Aloft!nnThey told me I am the first one who tested the water and complained about it. It seemed it was my fault I found the problem.nnYou can hear the next door guest snoring laughing and even the phone vibrating.nnAll staff has attitudes! Worst experience ever!

Stayed here when it first opened, a few times afterwards and just in early January of 2020, right before covid hit. Now I come back to write my book and movie at the lounge. Always peaceful and very clean! I prefer not being serviced until asked. So this Aloft is great for my preferences. As most Aloft Hotels in America run in that manner, for business travelers.
