I went on Sunday to give my watch for repair and buy a new watch. After checking few I selected one, and they told me its having offer. They also told me that repair center is off on Saturday and Sunday hence I need to come on another day. I told them that I will come tomorrow for both the work. When I went on next day they told me that now there is no offer. I felt staff wasn't supportive and couldn't provide appropriate information to me that tomorrow this offer won't be available...ud83dude21ud83dude24

Super helpful. They couldn't fix my watch (which I was expecting) but I got 20% off a new one.

Nice environment. Service was good, the employers were reasonably patient and helpful, but I'd like a touch more smile personally. Still, I'll recommend it. It's probably the best chance you have for quality maintenance and safe warranty.

Nice service

Good service for service center. Staff can speak english. A bit pricey though, around 500 NTD for G-shock changing batery.
