山形閣 Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa

Great location, superb facilities and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Nothing was any trouble. The room was amazing. All the small room amenities were of top quality.nnAll respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! I will recommend 山形閣 Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa to all friends and family.

The stay in general was pretty good esp the staffs were quite professional and had offered warm hospitality.nnYet there were a couple low lights:n1. There was hair in the pillow (photo provided, it’s definitely Not ours, coz it’s stuck inside the sheet)n2. The hot spring was only available in limited hours, for a hotel featuring in hot spring and charging high, it’s aspiring to have a longer hours to enjoy it.n3. The tiles besides the in-room bath tub could be quite slippery particularly because the tub’s hot tap water was hot spring containing some minerals which may make it more slippery. Yet the design of the step-up to the tub could make a bit risky for the users.

I stayed here for one night on 29 October 2020.nI had two days trip with my wife and my parents in law, and our room is 909 and 911.nWe chose the promotion case for one night with dinner.nThe bathroom's bathtub is huge, but I prefer a public bathing space.nThere are two disadvantages in the room that the wood floor of the path is quack sound, and the air conditioner has some water running noise.nI always like hot spring in public bathing space, and there are wide and comfortable in the place include two hot springs, one cool pool, ansauna room.nThere is a balcony outside the public bathing space that you can walk out there to take fresh air.nI used the public bathing space three times when the day I stayed in the hotel, I am satisfied.nThe ingredients of the dinner come from the local products, and the set tastes pretty good.nThe hotel's attendant service and training are excellent.nIf you come to Jiaosi, this is a hotel that I will recommend you to stay in the hotel to enjoy the hot spring.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Excellent service. Love the hot spring, the snacks, the mini bar and the flip flops. Excellent location, close to the train station and eateries. The ramen downstairs is very good. Will be back.

Terrific room for family!! Staff was friendly and thorough on introducing the facilities. Kids was happy with the hands on activities for Chinese New Year as well. Great hotel for hot spring and the accommodation is absolutely five stars!
