Yunoyado Onsen Hot Spring Hotel - Xinyi Branch

5 stars for the staff, they were very friendly, always smiling and always asking if we needed anything.nBut I was really disappointed, I think it's ok if the hotel is old, that's a charm. But the hotel is badly maintained, the bathroom had a really strong smell, and there were molds in a lot of places. A lot of rusty things also.

Front desk very friendly but the room is extremely tiny (we have family size two large bed room); there are mold in bathroom and window; wallpaper with mold!! bathtub fits one adult and that’s it; no heater and worse part is kid has severe allergy while inside the room. However, hotel provide good breakfast and good customer service staff!!

Really nice rooms with a nice hot spring bath inside, plus a cool roof terrace with city views and foot baths. Cute staff too.
