Great service here. There was an earthquake in Taipei which halted train services, was able to rent a car last minute here to complete the next leg of our trip to Taichung. Price was very reasonable and the car was very clean and just what we needed for two people (could fit 4 as well). Attendant was very informative and spoke good English too.

Be aware you will need an international drivers licence if you are from the UK. They told us they cannot accept one obtained online, even though it is valid in Taiwan. We suspect they had just rented out our car already.

Fraud, foreigners! Please dont rent from them, Worst company i have ever seen. They denied the international driving permit issued by the government. They wasted whole day and spoiled the trip. I already rent in taiwan from other companies and i could rent it even after they denied. So please dont rent from them. Never make any online payment to this company.

They have variety of new cars for rent, very competitive prices, friendly staffs, recommended and will rent from them again if I need the car
