Taipei City Hotel

Good and convenient rooms. Note that for the promotion price you get a room without window (didn't bother us). Average breakfast buffet and near night market and 10 minutes to metro. Rooms are a little noisy you hear running water and items moving. Also bed war was too hard for me there are better ones. Overall good choice as do many hotels in Taipei seem to be worse

Nice hotel, the rooms are newly renovated. The rooms are not so big but it's still fine. Would stay here again if I'm back in Taiwan. Very convenient to touristy places, night markets and shops. There is also a Carrefour across from the hotel and a Starbucks next door. The workers are very helpful and well mannered. They also have all you can eat Taiwanese breakfast included.

Great service as a quaratone hotel

Noisy and didn't get much sleep here - lots of large tour groups / group travellers that are loud into the night (1am) and early in the morning (6am), talking loudly and slamming doors; walls too thin. Totally spoiled my 1-week trip. Cheap though, but I will never return.
