Friendly staff but risible time-consuming procedures for updating information. Premises look like they have not been updated since the 1970s.nnCharging NT$100 to replace an ATM card that has fallen apart is daylight robbery as is taking a week to replace it. Other banks I have used in Taiwan and Hong Kong have the cards to issue immediately.nnOverall a frustrating and disheartening experience.
