The staff is very patient in explaining the procedures, paperwork and options to send parcels. They do not push you for more expensive services (express registered mail) as seems to be the SOP in Taiwan post. Best to choose morning hours.
Located on the front of Barcelona, Xinfeng Street, Zhongzheng District, Keelung, you have to climb 20 steps. The highlight is a small package self-receiving box at the i Post Office, which is available 24 hours a day, and you can pay with a leisure card. Fill in the paper receipt and paste it on the package. If there is no package, you can choose a suitable box, they will pack it for you. The touch screen will fill in the sender’s and recipient’s mobile phone number. After payment, a box door will open. Put the package in and close the door and the receipt will be printed. La, very convenient, like one.
