My previous experience was not bad, until I rented Livina once. When I was going to Hualien, Suhua suddenly broke the belt and lost power and turned off and was almost taken away by the gravel truck behind. Then the tow truck arranged on the grid could not find us. My wife and I were feeding mosquitoes at a turn without street lights. Waiting for a passing nissan business to get out of the car and caring about it is a bit overzealous. He said that he could not find the maintenance record of this car, and told me to follow the grid for compensation. Anyway, wait for the towing crane arranged on the grid. For nearly six hours, it was 11 o’clock in the evening to change to another car in Yilan. The staff there kept saying that they were working overtime and waiting for us, and then it was midnight at the Hualien B&B that had already been booked by swiping the card, and the B&B counter was also I was already off work so I couldn’t get the key. I was almost exhausted. I had to spend a time to stay in a motel. In the end, I couldn’t get a refund for the money from the hotel. I returned the car and half a barrel of gas a few hours late. I was very polite. I was told that there were still items that were not found in Livina because it was too dark at that time. They said they would send it back for me and tell me to pick it up. It's been more than two years and it hasn't disappeared at all. I saw a message below saying that the entire bumper was scratched. In fact, they would not repair it if they asked for compensation...it will take a few more people to have a chance to repair it. Otherwise, there won't be so many scratches to fill out the form when picking up the car.
