When sending the package, the staff at the counter is very polite and attentive. Even if the information is incorrectly written, they are still very patient to guide and wait for help, and answer all questions.
The postal service is extremely poor. People at home know that there is a package and just sit next to the electric bell and wait for a whole day. There is no doorbell to check the internet and no one responds at home. The postman has lost the receipt several times and complained about it. It was better to put it in 1 or 2 times at first, but it still remains the same afterwards.
