Impatient and inconsiderate. The two times I have been in I was brushed aside for needing a simple clarification on something (Chinese is my second language) and then was told to go away and figure it out myself. This place doesn't not handle diversity well.
The staff’s service is excellent, and something to be commended: During the epidemic prevention period, when they are refused entry because they did not wear a mask, the staff on duty will respond very quickly; the letter applicant will receive the notice/ID card and seal, and the number will be called. Then send it to the service counter to wait for the letter and please check again to complete the departure.
The office area of the post office is small, but the clerk is very efficient, and the professional attitude is praiseworthy. The post office staff have worked hard. Thank you for your need to assist the people in office work. In the future, I will bother you to work hard!

I often send letters. This post office has been the fastest post office for me to send letters. When there are many people, I can see that they will try to speed up.
